Adinath Exim Resources Ltd to consider allotment of warrants

A meeting of the Share Allotment Committee of Adinath Exim Resources Ltd is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 02:00 p.m, to allot 215, 000 convertible share warrants to the promoter group subject to receipt of 25% of the consideration, in accordance with chapter VIII and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Regulations and Companies Act, 2013.
