InterGlobe Aviation Ltd approves allotment of 130,952 Equity Shares

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd has allotted 130,952 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, to those grantees who had exercised their options under the InterGlobe Aviation Limited – Employees Stock Option Scheme 2015 in accordance with the terms set out in the scheme. The details of the said allotment are given in the Letter filed with the Stock Exchanges.

The above said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
