Teledata Informatics AGM approves 5% dividend

Teledata Informatics Ltd has announced that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, have approved the payment of Final Dividend of 5% for the year 2005-06.
