Jubilant Organosys allots 410688 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2007, allotment of 410,688 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a premium of Rs 162.646 per share has been made to Credit Suisse Singapore Ltd., on conversion of a part of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds amounting to US $ 1,500,000.
