TAK Machinery AGM declares 20% dividend

TAK Machinery & Leasing Ltd has announced that the members at the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of Rs 2/- per equity shares of Rs 10/- each, which will be paid to the shareholders on or before October 28, 2006.
