Poly Medicure allots 106250 shares on conversion of warrants

Poly Medicure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2007, inter alia, has allotted 106250 equity shares @ Rs 106 per share on conversion of equal number of Warrants allotted to the promoters.
