GTL Infrastructure allots 79652 equity shares upon conversion of FCCBs

With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 29, 2007, regarding allotment of equity shares upon conversion of FCCBs, GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that Allotment & Transfer Committee in their adjourned meeting held on October 29, 2007, has further allotted 79,652 equity shares upon conversion of FCCBs worth Swiss Francs (Sfr.) 21,359.14.
