Jhaveri Flexo approves DRHP for FPO

Jhaveri Flexo India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2007, inter alia, has considered and approved the Draft Red Herring Prospectus for further public issue of securities of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.83.35, up by Rs.1.25 or 1.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.83.55 and low of Rs.81.20.

The total traded quantity was 5491 compared to 2 week average of 4506.
