Dabur India submits copy of order to ROC on merger of Balsara Companies

Dabur India Ltd has announced that the Company had, on September 23, 2006, obtained the certified true copy of the Order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi on September 12, 2006 approving the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Balsara Hygiene Products Ltd, Balsara Home Products Ltd & Besta Cosmetics with the Company. As required under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and MCA efiling rules, the certified copy of the aforesaid Order has been filed on September 28, 2006 with the office of Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana making September 28, 2006 as the "Effective Date" under the Scheme.
