BEML AGM approves 70% dividend

Bharat Earth Movers Ltd (BEML) has announced that the shareholders at the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of a final dividend of 70% (with interim dividend of 30% already paid, a total of 100% for the year 2005-06) on the paid up capital.
