Century Enka's Nylon Tyre Card Fabric project to commence production from December 2006

Century Enka Ltd has announced that Nylon Tyre Cord Fabric (NTCF) project for 8000 M.T. per annum is progressing as per schedule. It is being partially commissioned on September 28, 2006 which includes part of Spinning Lines and Conversion capacities. Barring Unforeseen circumstances, the remaining project will be commissioned in the quarter ending December 2006.

On commissioning of complete project, the total NTCF capacity of the Company will increase from 14,000 M.T. To 22,000 M.T. per annum.
