ONGC members approve bonus issue

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 19, 2006, have approve issue of bonus shares in the proportion of one new equity share for every two existing equity shares held.
