IDFC Ltd grants 244200 Stock Options under ESOS

Pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 (ESOS), IDFC Ltd, on May 09, 2017, has granted to its employees 2,44,200 options equivalent to 2,44,200 equity shares at a price of Rs. 63.25 per equity share.

These options shall vest over a maximum period of 5 years and shall be exercisable within a maximum period of 5 years from the date of vesting.
