Solar Explosives AGM approves Rs.1.50 dividend

Solar Explosives Ltd has announced that a members at the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share be paid for the year 2005-06.
