NALCO AGM approves 30% final dividend

National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO) has announced that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, have approved declaration of dividend at the rate of 50% (20% interim dividend already paid during February, 2006 plus 30% final dividend) for the year ended March 31, 2006 on paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
