Beardsell Ltd approves allotment of 4686138 shares

The Board of Directors of Beardsell Ltd have approved the allotment 4686138 Bonus Equity shares in the ratio of 1 (one) Equity share of Rs.2/- each for every 5 (five) existing equity shares of Rs.2/-each to those shareholders whose name appears in the register of Members as on the record date 5th May, 2017.
