Subex Ltd announces cancellation of 5444 Employee Stock Options

The ESOPs Committee / Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Subex Ltd today has cancelled 5,444 ESOPs for the quarter of January-March 2017 in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company - ESOP 2005, ESOP 2008 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.

Shares of SUBEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.11.09 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.16. The total number of shares traded during the day was 993702 in over 861 trades.
