Max Ventures and Industries Ltd approves allotment of 6780 Equity Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Max Ventures and Industries Ltd on April 20, 2017 upon exercise of vested options by the optionholders, had approved allotment of 6,780 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for cash at par pursuant to the ESOP Plan, 2016.
