J K Paper clarifies on dividend

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "J K Paper declares 20 pc dividend", J K Paper Ltd has clarified that the final dividend will be 6 % making the total dividend to 20 % (including the 14% dividend declared earlier) on equity shares of the Company, for the year ended June 30, 2006.
