Mirc Electronics AGM approves 75% dividend

Mirc Electronics Ltd has announced that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of 75% on the equity shares for the financial year 31, 2006.
