Intellect Design Arena Ltd approves allotment of 61250 shares

The Members of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Intellect Design Arena Ltd vide its Circular Resolution dated April 20, 2017 has approved the allotment of 702 shares to Two (2) associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme, the allotment of 61,250 shares to Seven (7) associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme and the allotment of 1,300 shares to Two (2) associates under ISOP 2015 scheme.
