CMI LTD approves allotment of 250000 shares

At the meeting of Board of Directors of CMI Ltd. held on, the 17th day of April, 2017, the Board, has approved the allotment of 2,50,000 (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) Equity Shares having face value Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each at a premium of Rs 290/- Per Equity Share to Promoter/Promoter group.

Shares of CMI LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.180 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 182.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8473 in over 310 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 184.85 and intraday low of 178.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1547623.
