Stanpacks India AGM approves 5% dividend

Stanpacks India Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at 5% on the Equity Shares of the Company. The date of Dividend warrant will be October 14, 2006.
