CPCL AGM approves 90% dividend

Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd (CPCL) has announced that the members at the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 25, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Final Dividend of 90% on the paid up Equity Share Capital for the year 2005-2006.

Approved Interim Dividend @ 30% on the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company declared by the Board of Directors for the year ended March 31, 2006.
