IZMO Ltd to allot 6 lakh shares to EARC Trust

The Board of Directors of IZMO Ltd has accorded its approval by way of circular resolution on April 10, 2017 for conducting Postal Ballot for obtaining the shareholders' approval by way of special resolution for the issue of 6,00,000 Equity Shares to EARC Trust SC-38, a group entity of Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (EARC) on preferential basis.

For appointing Mr. Pradeep B. Kulkarni, Practicing Company Secretary and the Partner of M/s. V. Sreedharan and Associates, Company Secretaries, Bengaluru as Scrutinizer to conduct the scrutiny of Postal Ballot process including scrutiny of e-voting process.

For fixing the cut-off date which is April 07, 2017 to send the Notice of Postal Ballot along with explanatory statement and Postal Ballot form and for approving such other incidental matters relating to Postal Ballot.

Shares of IZMO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.49.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 50.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16457 in over 134 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 51.4 and intraday low of 49.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 826441.
