Jayant Agro AGM approves 30% dividend

Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2006, have approved declaration of dividend at 30% on face value of Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each including on Bonus Shares allotted on May 05, 2006 and at 7% on the face value of Preference Shares of Rs 5/- each to be paid on or after October 03, 2006.
