Grandeur Products Ltd allots 611960 shares

The Board of Directors and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Grandeur Products Ltd at their meeting held on 31st March, 2017 has allotted of 6,11,960 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the Grandeur Products Limited Employees Welfare Trust ('GPL Trust') in accordance with the terms of Grandeur Employees Stock Purchase Scheme 2017 ("GPL-ESPS 2017").

Consequently with effect 31st March, 2017, the issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 12,61,19,600 (1,26,11,960 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each).
