HDFC approves allotment of 3,70,000 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited has on March 31, 2017 approved the allotment of 3,70,000 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs. 317,73,44,280 consisting of 158,86,72,140 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1500 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1520.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 117238 in over 1526 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1521 and intraday low of 1498.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 176632667.
