Mindtree Ltd approves allotment of 1,120 Equity Shares

Mindtree Ltd has allotted the 1120 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, pursuant to the exercise of stock options granted to them under Employee Stock Option Plan 2001 (Program 2) of Mindtree Ltd on March 27, 2017.

Under Employee Stock Option Plan 2001 (Program 2), 280 shares were allotted for Rs. 50.00. Under Employee Stock Option Plan 2001(Program 2) - Bonus Allotment (2014), 280 shares were allotted.

Under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2001 (Program 2)- Bonus Allotment (2016), 560 equity shares were allotted.

Shares of MINDTREE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.461.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 469.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29629 in over 1237 trades.
