Asian Oilfield Services Ltd approves allotment of 12,50,000 Equity Shares of the Company on Preferential basis

The Board of Directors of Asian Oilfield Services Ltd at their meeting held on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 12:00 Noon at the Corporate Office of the Company, have approved the Allotment of 12,50,000 Equity Shares of the Company at an Issue price of INR 165/- per share including a premium of INR 155/- per share to Mr. Vaibhav Hari Kanade, a Non-Resident Investor on preferential basis.

The meeting was commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 2.00 p.m.

Shares of ASIAN OILFIELD SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.241.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 240.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 62797 in over 601 trades.
