Federal Bank Ltd approves allotment of 1098446 Shares Under ESOS 2010

As authorized by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee of Federal Bank Ltd, allotment of 10,98,446 (Ten lakh ninety eight thousand four hundred and forty six) Equity Shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to the Option Grantees has been made upon exercise of stock options under ESOS 2010 Scheme for which allottees have paid money.

Shares of FEDERAL BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.89.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 88.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 923774 in over 4555 trades.
