Hindalco Industries allots 34082 shares

The Committee of Directors of Hindalco Industries Limited vide their resolution passed on 22nd March, 2017 has allotted 34082 equity shares of face value of Re.1 /- each to the optionees as detailed in the resolution, pursuant to the exrecise of the options granted to the employee under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

Shares of HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.193.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 193.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 752505 in over 4602 trades.
