Dena Bank to raise capital upto Rs. 800 crores

The Board of Directors of Dena Bank have approved proposal for raising of capital of the Bank. The Board approved raising of share capital [including premium] of the Bank upto amount of Rs.800 cr.

Shares of DENA BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.37.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 129456 in over 790 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 39 and intraday low of 37.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4951202.
