Venus Remedies Ltd allots 9 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Venus Remedies Ltd in its meeting held today have allotted 9,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 88.77 (Rupees Eighty Eight and seventy seven paise only) to promoters of the Company on conversion of fully convertible warrants on preferential basis.

Shares of VENUS REMEDIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.100.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 102.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16943 in over 263 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 103.25 and intraday low of 100.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1715955.
