Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd allots NCDs on private placement

Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has raised Rs. 100 crores by allotment of 1000 listed Rated Unsecured Redeemable Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each on Private Placement basis.
