The Board of Directors of Denis Chem Lab Ltd in their meeting held today i.e. 14th March, 2017 has allotted 27,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each @ premium of Rs. 50/- per Equity Share to Non-Promoters of the Company on Preferential basis upon conversion of 27,00,000 Equity Warrants of Rs.10/- each @ premium of Rs. 50/- per Equity Warrant.
