Sun TV AGM approves Rs.2 dividend

Sun TV Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, have unanimously approved the declaration of dividend of Rs 2/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each.
