Music Broadcast Limited (MBL), a subsidiary of Jagran Prakashan Limited has been informed that the offer price has been fixed at Rs.333 per equity share of MBL.

Shares of JAGRAN PRAKASHAN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.187.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 188.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 179151 in over 108 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 189.5 and intraday low of 187.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 33944824.
