SBI Board Meeting to be held on March 15, 2017 to consider fund raising

A meeting of the central board of State Bank of India (SBI) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 to consider and decide raising of funds through equity capital by way of FPO / Rights Issue / ESPS / ESOS / QIP / ADR / GDR and any other mode or a combination of these at the appropriate time.

Shares of STATE BANK OF INDIA was last trading in BSE at Rs.273.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 269.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2253195 in over 12025 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 273.8 and intraday low of 268.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 612255733.
