IFB Securities AGM approves change of name to Siddha Ventures Ltd

IFB Securities Ltd has announced that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 23, 2006, inter alia, have approved the change of name of the Company from "IFB Securities Ltd" to "Siddha Ventures Ltd" or any other name which may be approved by the office of Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
