The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd in its meeting held today on March 03, 2017 has approved the Allotment of 94,322 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each towards the exercise of vested stock options under various ESOP Schemes of the Company.
