Baba Arts AGM declares 10% dividend

Baba Arts Ltd has announced that the members at the 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of 10% on equity shares of Rs 4/-each.
