Amtek India allots 91405 shares

Amtek India Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2007, has allotted 91,405 equity shares at Rs 120.12/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 0.25 million.
