Shri Bajrang Alloys AGM approves 10% dividend

Shri Bajrang Alloys Ltd has announced that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of Re 1/- on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company, (subject to deduction of tax at source) for the year ended March 31, 2006.

Increase in Authorized Capital of the Company from Rs 6,00,00,000 to Rs 11,00,00,000 by creation of 50,00,000 further equity shares of Rs 10/- each ranking pari-passu with the existing equity shares and Consequential amendment in the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

Delisting of securities from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange and M P Stock Exchange.
