Mac Charles AGM approves Rs.10 dividend

Mac Charles India Ltd has announced that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2006, inter alia, have unanimously approved declaration of dividend of Rs 10/- per share on share capital of the Company.
