Inditrade Capital grants options under Inditrade Employee Stock Option Plan 2016

At the meeting of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee ("Committee") of Inditrade Capital Ltd held on February 06, 2017, the Committee has granted 7,94,500 Employee Stock Options ("Options") under the Inditrade Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 ("ESOP 2016") to its employees covered under the Plan. The Plan is in terms of SEBI (SBEB) Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time.

The Options granted to the employees cover 7,94,500 equity shares of the Company.

Shares of Inditrade Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.36.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13097 in over 29 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 37.7 and intraday low of 36. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 472435.
