Avanti Feeds AGM approves 15% dividend

Avanti Feeds Ltd has announced that the members at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, have considered & approved the declaration of dividend @ Rs 1.50 Ps per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year 2005-06.
