Avaya Global AGM approves Rs.4.50 dividend

Avaya Global Connect Ltd has announced that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 31, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of Rs 4.50 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2006.
