SB&T International AGM approves 7.5% dividend

SB&T International Ltd has announced that members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of final dividend @ 7.5% on the Equity shares of the Company.
