MCS AGM approves 10% dividend

MCS Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, have approved the payment of Dividend @ Re 1/- per equity Share on equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
